Welcome to the new Sweetpeas feedback portal! We have designed this page to be a one-stop method of providing Sweetpeas Kindergarten & Long Day Care Centre with any feedback (positive, negative or general) about any topic (e.g. educational program, staff, policies, menu, etc).

To start, simply choose where you would like your feedback to go (i.e. who you want to give feedback to) using the tabs below.

1. Sweetpeas Cranebrook

Select this option to provide feedback to any member(s) of the Sweetpeas Cranebrook team.

Feedback for Sweetpeas Management goes directly to our Managing Director, Janine.

This method of feedback is most suitable:

if you would like to share feedback on a particularly sensitive topic,
if you require a higher level of confidentiality, or
for any other feedback you would like to provide directly to Management (rather than the centre Director).

General feedback can be anything that doesn't fit in the other categories (i.e. it's not policy feedback or for a specific person).

This is where you can send us your ideas, your suggestions, ask questions, send queries about what we do, etc. Feedback in this category does not have to be for any specific person or even a specific centre, it can be company wide, it's up to you!

We have moved our Policy Feedback Form online with the aim of simplifying how receive feedback and making it more accessible for everyone!
Note: If you would prefer to complete a paper form, you may request one from any Sweetpeas service.
