Please choose a centre location below to complete a Waitlist form at one of our Sweetpeas centres.

A member of Sweetpeas staff will get back to you ASAP via one of your supplied contact methods to let you know of any vacancies and to organise a tour.

If there is currently no place available at your centre of choice, you will automatically be added to our Waitlist until there is a vacancy on one or more of your preferred days*.

If you would like to enquire in person, we have an open door policy, and invite all families to visit our services.

(For long day care: we prefer to schedule visitors between the hours of 7.30AM-11.30AM or 2.00PM-5.30PM. Between 11.30AM-2.00PM our children are eating lunch and resting/sleeping, so to provide the quietest, most secure environment we attempt to reduce visitors during this time.)
*All information collected for your child’s enrolment is done so by the requirements of the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011, the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 and to ensure the best possible care for your child. Failure to provide any of the information requested on your child’s enrolment forms may prevent us from enrolling your child in our service.
